Hi there, I'm Kael! I'm above all a professional dilletante. Beyond that a master's student of clinical mental health counseling, a writer, and a amateur visual artist (mostly linocut).

This is the future home of kohijin.press, a project that allows me to publish my less than polished thoughts and art.

The name comes from コーヒー人 or coffee people, a little character me and one of my students used to doodle to pass time between classes. I chose it because I want this project to carry that same sort of playful energy. You'll see them pop up around here when I finally get some compressed and uploaded. Stay tuned for updates!
